PRODUCT INFORMATION


MASE for the Masses creates tailored sportswear designed with precision fit, technical performance, and refined everyday wear in mind. Each garment is developed to combine movement, structure, and comfort, using quality materials and contemporary silhouettes.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING


Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing unless an item is listed as a pre-order. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for your delivery.

Shipping origin: USA & Canada

Estimated delivery times:

USA & Canada: 3–7 business days

Europe: 7–10 business days

Rest of the world: 10–14 business days


MASE for the Masses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. Please verify that your shipping information is correct before checkout.


International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by the destination country. For any questions regarding shipping or import costs, please contact mase@maseforthemasses.com prior to purchase.



RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS


We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.


To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

With tags attached and in the original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


To start a return, contact mase@maseforthemasses.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related import fees. If import duties are incurred on your return, they will be deducted from your refund. Please provide a tracking number for your return shipment — you are responsible for the item until it arrives safely at our facility.


Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.



DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact mase@maseforthemasses.com within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund if applicable.



EXCHANGES


We currently do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or product is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.



EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or made-to-order items (eligible for store credit only)

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

REFUNDS


After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that some banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
